Mike Love is the Principal Broker and founder of Great Move Realty, serving buyers and sellers throughout Mogadore, Tallmadge, Uniontown, Hartville, Green, Portage Lakes, Akron, and surrounding Northeast Ohio communities. Since earning his real estate license in 2017, Mike has built a reputation for protecting his clients, delivering honest advice, and creating exceptional customer experiences.

Inspired by a frustrating first home purchase experience, Mike entered real estate with a mission to advocate for clients and guide them through one of life’s biggest decisions with confidence. His dedication quickly earned him Top Producer recognition at Keller Williams Chervenic in Fairlawn before continuing his success at EXP Realty, where he received multiple EXP ICON Awards and Ohio Realtors President’s Club honors.

Mike also holds the Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) certification, giving clients a strategic advantage through accurate home pricing, market analysis, and appraisal support. Known for his strong negotiation skills, innovative online marketing, and client-first approach, Mike has helped hundreds of families successfully buy and sell homes across Northeast Ohio.

In 2024, Mike earned his broker’s license and launched Great Move Realty. The brokerage relocated from Fairlawn to Mogadore in 2025, further strengthening its commitment to serving local communities with personalized, down-to-earth real estate service.

Outside of real estate, Mike is a proud U.S. Navy veteran and serves as Finance Officer for American Legion Post 566. He enjoys riding motorcycles and spending time with fellow members of the Legion Riders.
