Dues are $1100/year per lot due in full May 1 every year. The Club House has laundry, showers and a full size indoor pool. Playground, dog area and stocked pond for fishing. Golf carts are allowed. Monthly scheduled activities that include; bus trips, bands, pot luck meals, bingo, and holiday-specific such as hayrides and Breakfast with Santa.
